Parcel Flow already helps shoppers all over the world to make savings on their shipping costs, but now we’ve gone one better by introducing a reward point’s scheme. Yes, Parcel Flow is proud to be the only parcel forwarding company that offers a loyalty program to customers.

How to earn rewards

Every time our loyal members shop online with their favourite retailers, using the Parcel Flow service, they will earn reward points.

We have been very generous with our loyalty points, allocating two hundred and fifty points to customers on their first order using Parcel Flow and two hundred points on every order use place using Parcel Flow thereafter.

Quick Repeat orders

We also offer customers two hundred points on Quick Repeat Orders. This is when Parcel Flow has received and dispatched at least four single orders from one customer within a month.

Consolidated orders

A minimum of two hundred points is also awarded per consolidated order and fifty points are allocated for each consolidated parcel thereafter.

Refer a friend

If you enjoy using our service and feel like telling your friends about us, please go ahead! We will even offer you two hundred and fifty points as a thank you gift for every friend that completes at least one order with Parcel Flow.

How to spend rewards

So now you know how you can collect our loyalty points, we bet you want to know how to spend them right? We have come up with three ways you can cash in your points and generate rewards.

2000 reward points

Save up two thousand reward points and we will give you free handling.

5000 reward points

Save up to five thousand points and we will offer you free shipping up to twenty five pounds.

10,000 reward points

Save a whopping ten thousand reward points and ParcelFlow will give you free shipping up to fifty pounds.

T&Cs

Of course we have a few little Terms & Conditions for you to take note of. For instance, we do not allow loyalty points to be moved between accounts and that couriers must be booked through Parcel Flow in order for you to receive the reward points.

The reward scheme is completely exclusive to Parcel Flow, so you will only be able to use these points on our website and not through external couriers’ sites.

Registering for rewards

Like the sound of our reward scheme? Sign up to Parcel Flow today and start collecting points when you shop online with your favourite retailers. It costs absolutely nothing to sign up and we will not charge you any monthly membership fees. That’s right – Parcel Flow is free!

Once the orders have completed we will add the points to your Parcel Flow account so you will be able to login and check your balance. Once you have reached two thousand points, you will be able to decide if you want to benefit from free handling or keep collecting your points to get to the five thousand or even ten thousand point threshold to benefit from even bigger rewards.
