How much does it cost to sign up to a parcel forwarding service?

This can vary depending on which parcel forwarding company you use, however if you choose to sign up with Parcel Flow, you will not have to pay a single penny! We do not charge any sign up or monthly membership fees.

Why is it cheaper to forward parcels?

If you do not live in the UK you will often find that UK website’s international shipping costs are extremely expensive. We can help you reduce these costs by giving you your own UK delivery address to use. By using this address when ordering products from UK websites, you can benefit from lower costs and will sometimes even be able to benefit from free shipping if you have spent over a specific limit.

What will my UK address look like?

The UK delivery address we provide you with will look like any other UK address so you can fill it with all of the required boxes during the checkout process. We will also provide you with a UK phone number to use when ordering products from UK websites.

If I order multiple items can they be forwarded together?

Parcel Flow offers a parcel consolidation service. This means if you have ordered multiple items, we will keep them at our depot so they can be forwarded as a bundle. This will help you to save on courier costs and will be much more convenient as you will not have to wait in for multiple deliveries. We can hold parcels up to two weeks after arrival. 

Who will deliver my parcels?

Your parcels will be delivered by one of our trusted couriers, which currently include Parcel Force and DHL. You can organise your own courier, however we work closely with a number of couriers to ensure we get the best rates and services for our clients. 

Can I track my parcels?

You most certainly can! Once your parcel arrives at our depot we will send you an email to let you know. We will then send another email to you when your parcel has been dispatched. This email will include a tracking number and a link to your chosen courier’s website. Once on their website, you will be able to type in your tracking code and it will show you the current location of your parcel. 

Are my parcels insured?

Not as standard, but you can pay for additional insurance. We will provide you with information about the various insurance options available to you, so you can pick the one that suits you best. 

How quickly will you forward my parcels?

We usually dispatch parcels on the same day as we receive them. The time it takes for your parcel to reach your home country will depend on where you live.

Can I use my unique UK delivery address for anything else?

The free UK delivery address given to you by Parcel Flow must only be used for parcel forwarding purposes. If we have reason to believe that one of our members is using their unique UK delivery address to apply for credit cards, passports, driving licences or for any other purpose, we will have no other choice than to notify the authorities.
